How the program runs
Six moving parts, all of them documented from the first week.

Daily check-ins
The client checks in every day through the June app. Each entry is time-stamped and kept from the first day of enrollment.

Random drug testing
Twice a week, on a schedule the client can't predict, and we go to them. We work in conjunction with Centra Labs. The instant cup gives a presumptive on-site screen, and laboratory confirmation follows before any result is reported.

Breathalyzer oversight
We administer the client's Soberlink account. Two time-stamped tests a day, facial recognition on every sample, and tamper alerts that go straight into the record.

GPS-corroborated attendance
AA, NA, therapy, and IOP attendance is GPS-corroborated at the meeting location, with the client's written consent on file before we begin.

Digital track record
Every result, attendance mark, and flag is compiled into a dated report. One digital track record that counsel, courts, and probation officers can follow from month one.

Case management
A masters-level certified case manager holds the file, raises concerns the day they appear, and stays reachable by counsel.
What a month adds up to
The numbers are the schedule, nothing more. A client on the full program produces roughly a hundred dated entries every thirty days, and each one lands in the file whether it is a pass, a miss, or a flag.

Counts assume a standard thirty-day month and full participation. Missed tests are documented as missed rather than dropped from the total.

The breathalyzer side of the file
Two tests a day on a professional-grade remote device, in set morning and evening windows. A missed window is logged as a missed test.

- The camera confirms who is blowing into the device, so identity isn't an argument later.
- Tamper detection and logging
- The unit flags common workarounds, and a flagged test is written into that month's report.
- Alerts as they happen
- Results and violations reach us by text or email, and we notify counsel on whatever protocol you set.
- Daily human review
- We read the account every day. The device produces data; the review is what makes it usable in court.
What ends up in the file
Every check-in, screen, breath sample, and meeting carries a date. A missed test, a dilute sample, or a flagged reading is reported the same day, so the record stays current instead of being rebuilt before a hearing.

June came out of a pattern he kept seeing. Clients hold to a program when someone is genuinely paying attention, and a case moves faster when the record is already complete. He still reads the files himself.
Questions
What attorneys and clients ask
The client checks in at the meeting location through the June app. With the client's written consent on file, we GPS-corroborate attendance at AA, NA, and other approved recovery meetings. Each entry is time-stamped and added to the monthly report.
Results are shared only with the people the client or their attorney authorize in writing. Typically that includes defense counsel, the court, and any designated treatment provider. We do not release records to third parties without documented consent.
We review the court order or referral, explain the schedule, set up the app, obtain written consent for GPS-corroborated attendance, and walk the client through the first breathalyzer and check-in. Most clients are enrolled and testing within three business days of referral.
The report is designed for legal use: dated entries, lab confirmations, photo-verified breath tests, and GPS-corroborated attendance. We format it so counsel can submit it directly or reference it in a hearing.
Once we receive the referral and the client completes intake, enrollment and testing usually begin within three business days.
